Our recently released Material Handling Exposure Analysis and Laboratory Exposure Analysis evaluation tools are templated in MS Word and designed to work with the Worksite International CDROM System of Ergonomic Analysis. These forms are designed to give you a relative value score of risk exposures most likely to lead to an ergonomic related injury. They can be used for an individual analysis, a task analysis, to assess a department and help to develop a database of information to track continuous improvement once changes are made.
