The WIEP is based on using a central gateway to triage ergonomic concerns and requests for assistance using a proactive, rapid response model to reduce claim filing and manage employee medical and workers’ compensation concerns quickly and effectively with the science of ergonomics. The process is participatory in nature engaging both employees and supervisors in the process by focusing on transparency and accountability. Preventive evals are performed by either trained in-house personnel or outsourced using our qualified ergonomists.
